Te Matuku Oysters - Delicate, briney and clean tasting. A petite Pacific oyster farmed onWaiheke Island. 

 

Mahurangi Oysters - Refined, crisp and sweet mineral flavour. A medium sized Pacific oyster farmed in Mahurangi River.

 

 

Stewart Island Oysters (flat) - Larger then life oyster, fat, meaty & perfectly formed with a gutsy metallic flavour. Bluff Stewart Island oyster.

Venus Clams – Mildly salty with a sweet finish. Cloudy Bay - Marlborough.

Diamond Shell Clams - Mildly salty with a sweet finish. Cloudy Bay - Marlborough.
